How it is priced

Most small jobs are priced per item, so you can see exactly what each one costs and decide what makes the visit. A long list is usually quoted as a package. There is a $125 minimum trip fee for a single small item, which disappears as soon as there are two or three things to do. Materials are listed separately on the quote.
